Furthermore, it is important to note that SPEEDEX does not undertake the packing of shipments scheduled for delivery.The responsibility for packaging all shipments lies exclusively with the respective sender.
 
In the event of any deviation from the ordered product, whether concerning product quality or a complete mismatch with the placed order, the primary point of contact is the sender of the shipment—be it a commercial establishment or an individual.
 
To facilitate optimal service, we strongly recommend that all communications pertaining to disputes and requests for issue resolution be directly initiated and exclusively conducted between the involved transaction parties, namely the sender and the recipient.

It is imperative to emphasize that both the packaging and the contents of shipments bear the sole responsibility of the customers who entrust us with their handling orders.
