Certified Management Systems

SPEEDEX S.A. continuously designs, evaluates and optimizes its Integrated Management System (IMS). The IMS is a single system designed to manage multiple aspects of our company’s operations in line with multiple standards, such as those for quality (ISO 9001), environmental (ISO 14001), and health and safety management (OHSAS 45001). Our main aim is to achieve and deliver outstanding customer experience through the provision of high quality courier services. 

>Quality management system (QMS)

ISO 9001:2015:

In June 2001, SPEEDEX was the first courier company to develop a quality management system (QMS). This QMS has been certified and operated according to the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001.

>Environmental management system (EMS) 

ISO 14001:2015:

SPEEDEX takes a proactive role in caring for the natural environment by being committed to functioning in a more environmentally-friendly manner and recognizing the importance of its social responsibility; inspired by this objective, SPEEDEX has developed and implemented an environmental management system (EMS) according to the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001.

>Implemented a certified health & safety management system (OHSMS)

ISO 45001:2018:

SPEEDEX attaches great importance to the operational health and safety and is definitely committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for its employees, contractors, and any third party that may be influenced by its operations. To achieve its objectives, SPEEDEX has designed and implemented a certified health & safety management system (OHSMS) according to the requirements of the international standard ISO 45001.
