Charter of Obligations Towards Consumers

Speedex S.A. provides customers with postal services according to the National General Authorization, no. 99-121 in the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission΄s (E.E.T.T.) Register.

Since 2014, also holds the National Individual License of the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission΄s (E.E.T.T.) Register.

Within the above frame, Speedex provides people with its services, based on the Charter of Obligations towards consumers, which contains information data, services description, payment policy, quality policy basic data, individual contracts and finally ways of solving problems.
